GENERAL INFORMATION
The final details of your event, including event room set-up specifications, anticipated numbers, and final catered menus selections, are to be submitted to the Sales department at least 30 days prior to your event to ensure we are best prepared to accommodate your needs. A final guest count and seating arrangements along with guest meal choices, when necessary, are to be delivered to the Catering Department no later than 7 days prior to your event. If a split menu, the group must confirm the exact number of each meal and must advise of any dietary restrictions by this date. Please refer to your Agreement and Event Orders for further information on guarantees and set-ups.
It is our pleasure to custom design a menu for you and to accommodate your special requests to ensure the success of your function. Menu prices are not able to be guaranteed more than 60 days prior to the event.
For the safety of all our guests and to comply with local health regulations, patrons and their guests are not permitted to bring food and beverages into the hotel. Exceptions will be discussed with your Hotel Flor Tampa Sales contact.
