GENERAL INFORMATION

The final details of your event, including event room set-up specifications, anticipated numbers, and final catered menus selections, are to be submitted to the Sales department at least 30 days prior to your event to ensure we are best prepared to accommodate your needs. A final guest count and seating arrangements along with guest meal choices, when necessary, are to be delivered to the Catering Department no later than 7 days prior to your event. If a split menu, the group must confirm the exact number of each meal and must advise of any dietary restrictions by this date. Please refer to your Agreement and Event Orders for further information on guarantees and set-ups.
Prices are per person. A 25% service fee as well as the prevailing sales tax rate is applied to all functions and event orders. Prices are subject to change.
